• Review and analysis of international trade contracts, including registration with authorized banks;
• Design and implementation of compliant payment routes;
• Product verification, description, and HS code classification under the EAEU Customs Tariff;
• Screening against sanctions lists and assessment of import eligibility into the Russian Federation;
• Conformity assessment support: sample import, testing coordination, certification, and declaration issuance;

• Product registration in the National Catalog, GTIN assignment, and ordering of labeling codes via the “Chesnyy Znak” (Honest Sign) platform;

As your Agent, we import foreign goods into Russia on behalf of the Principal (client) under an agency agreement, for a fee calculated as a percentage of the invoice value. This report offers full transparency into the total landed cost structure, including all duties, taxes, logistics expenses, compliance fees, and service charges.
