- Cargo pickup directly from factories;
- Handling export customs formalities in the country of origin;
- Verification, translation, and HS code classification of seasonal orders according to the EAEU Customs Tariff (TN VED);
- Review of required compliance documentation (declarations and certificates of conformity);
- Conformity assessment support: sample import, testing coordination, certification, and declaration issuance;
- Product card creation and registration in the National Catalog;
- GTIN assignment, ordering labeling codes via the “Chesnyy Znak” (Honest Sign) platform, and generation/application of compliant labels;
- Transportation to Russia via full truckload (FTL), consolidated (LCL), or air freight;
- Temporary storage and warehousing services;
- Import customs clearance in the Russian Federation;
- Introduction of goods into circulation within the “Chesnyy Znak” system;
- Final delivery to the client’s warehouse.
Depending on the internal structure and operational preferences of our clients,
we offer either a complete “turnkey” solution or individual segments of transport and logistics services—providing maximum flexibility
and control.
In addition to comprehensive logistics support, we also provide
foreign trade outsourcing (FTO) services . Acting as the official Importer and Buyer of record on behalf of our clients, we assume full responsibility for
all foreign trade operations. This allows our clients to avoid the complexities of international trade compliance
and focus entirely on their core business—whether that’s brand development, e-commerce, or retail expansion.
